Yoga for Tennis

Calling all athletes!
Join us for a morning of FREE Yoga designed for tennis players!

SportsYoga founder and MAC yoga instructor Cindy Ross will offer 45 minutes of stretching and
strength training for tennis players. This class will provide a total-body yoga-based workout,
with an emphasis on improving upper body flexibility and strength. You'll loosen up your
shoulders and back to help your overall tennis game, and lengthen leg muscles so you can get
to low volleys and reach those passing shots.

We welcome any athlete who wants to add flexibility to their performance, both on and off the courts!
