MAC is looking for an energetic, highly motivated sales associate to join our Membership team! We are looking to fill a Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift.

  • Oversee and run all fitness routines for all MAC Tennis Academy Players throughout week during Academy hours

  • Primary Personal Trainer and fitness resource for all Tennis Academy Players

  • Potential travel as chaperone for Academy players during national and regional tennis tournaments

  • Active involvement with the MAC Sports Performance Institute (SPI Program) training a broad spectrum of young athletes

  • Fixed hours for Academy fitness, with flexible hours for scheduling personal training

  • Opportunity to provide personal training for other athletes and MAC members


  • BA/BS Degree and Nationally certified credentials with at least 2 years of experience working in strength and conditioning or training with young athletes (Tennis preferred)

  • Positive/Outspoken personality that is comfortable working with athletes in a range of ages (10-20 years old)

  • Organized and available to work both evenings and Sundays for part of the year

  • General familiarity with common sports injuries

We are looking for someone reliable who is able to interact with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Must be creative, nurturing, caring, friendly, outgoing and upbeat. Must be professional and organized, but also a kid at heart! Must be able to answer phone calls and schedule members, as well as take direction and give direction as needed to keep control of any situation. Most of all, the right candidate must know how to have fun!! With part-time employment we offer a free club membership.

We have exciting opportunities for a part-time Line/Prep Cook and front of house staff to join our Cafe team! This position is responsible for prepping, building and plating breakfast and lunch items such as salads, sandwiches, soups, and smoothies, cleaning and maintaining cafe equipment and assisting customers with order taking and food running. ServSafe certified a plus. Afternoon, evening and weekend hours available.

PERSONAL TRAINERS: MAC Fitness Rowley is looking for personal trainers that share the same positive attributes and energy that attracts and retains a clientele following. FRONT DESK STAFF: We're also looking for positive, proactive sales people for our 24-hour club. We're offering commission based, part-time positions. A friendly go-getter will do very well and be a great addition to our team. Aside from membership sales, you will also sell beverages, handle paperwork and register transactions, and have a checklist of things to do to help out with maintaining our facility. Being confident, having great customer service skills and sales experience are a big plus. You will start out shadowing other sales staff ensuring you're familiar with the club and comfortable to work on your own. We have a great crew to help you out! The club atmosphere feels like we have our own friendly little neighborhood; the members are great!
