Ron Desisto - Personal Trainer

Ron is a WITS Certified Personal Trainer and Northeastern University graduate. As an avid mountain biker, skier, and trail runner, he learned over the years that the best way to get over an injury is to prevent it from happening.  An exercise program should not only help performance but also prevent injury. By working from the core out and strengthening the body as a whole, injury can be prevented in sport and everyday activities. He brings out the best in clients by developing exciting routines that suit each individual’s goal and works to help attain a more fulfilling life.

Ashley Gresek - Personal Trainer

Ashley is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has experience in weight training, circuit training, running, high intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates, yoga, and general fitness. In high school, she was a sprinter in track and field. Ashley’s curiosity in the health and fitness field began as a healthy hobby, trying out new workout routines and nutritious recipes, and developed into a strong passion through her own weight loss journey. This passion drove her interest in becoming a Personal Fitness Trainer and to explore her new career options. She can relate and empathize with others who struggle with losing weight, as it is not an easy feat. When she is not in the gym, Ashley enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Roxanne Huff - Personal Trainer

Roxanne is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a graduated from the University of Southern Maine, and a Nationally Qualified NPC bikini competitor. She works with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including strength, conditioning, body sculpting, and weight loss. Along with training clients she enjoys cooking, interior decorating, and hanging out with her two dogs Jack and Giselle.

Rachel Williams - Personal Trainer

Rachel is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. With more than 30 years’ experience as a trainer, she refers to herself as the longest surviving Personal Fitness Trainer.  Her expertise & humor transform clients into healthier & happier people. Among her specialties are:  age proofing for baby boomers, sports conditioning, including equestrian fitness, fitness for seniors, along with post-natal & post physical therapy workouts.
