Group Fitness Schedule

Manchester Athletic Club is proud to offer over 80 group fitness classes per week included in the cost of your membership. Our group fitness instructors are some of the best on North Shore and will accommodate all fitness levels in their classes. If you would like one of our Wellness Coaches to help you develop a customized fitness plan, consider scheduling a Comprehensive Wellness Assessment to get started.

Come visit one of our newly renovated studios! Barre and TRX classes are now running in Studio B.  Pre-registration is required up to 6 days in advance for all Barre and TRX classes.  

We have a newly updated Fall 2016 Group Fitness Schedule! We have added 2 new Barre classes and an Indoor Cycling class - effective November 7th.

NEW! Barre Mondays 7am & Thursdays at 10:05am, Indoor Cycling Tuesdays 12:15pm.
